REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

At Mimi’s Boutique Salon, it is my desire to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color adjustment, please contact me via text or email within a week of your original appointment. 

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

Beginning June 1st, 2022 to schedule your appointment a credit card must be on file.

Your card will not be charged before services are rendered unless you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of our cancellation policy, which is listed below:

In the case that 24 hours’ notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, Mimi’s Boutique Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file

CANCELLATIONS

Our lives are busy and at times unpredictable. Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Though it is understandable, Mimi’s Boutique Salon respectfully requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50 % the cost of the service scheduled. 

Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No exceptions. 

NO CALL NO SHOWS

No call no shows will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.

TARDINESS

It is my utmost wish to give you the best service at every appointment. Each appointment is designed to encompass every detail of your service. Please show up no later than 15 minutes to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, services originally scheduled may have to be reassessed based on the available time.
